He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Scott and Deloris Scott (Philbrick); and his wife Martha Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jane Hemphill (Randy) of West Burlington, IA, Judith Ann Randklev (Richard) of Minot, ND and Larry Joe Scott of Middlesex, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in his memory to the Sauk Valley Food Bank.
