He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Duncan; and his children, Mark LeRoy Watts (Carol) of Valdosta, GA, Luva Marie Watts of Rock Falls, Robert LeRoy Watts (Neddie) of Rock Falls, William Berdett Watts of Loves Park, IL, DeAnna Lucille Mulvaney (Steve) of Cambridge, IL, John Warren Watts (Cheryl) of Rock Falls and Donald Gordon of New Smyrna Beach. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; and several very special nieces and nephews.
