He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ruth Sandoval Masks (Garcia). He is survived by: his father Filimon Sandoval of Sterling; his siblings, Felimon Sandoval (Joan) of Sterling, Bibi Reglin (Mel) of Sterling, Sara Gieson of Sterling, Fernando Sandoval (Melissa) of Sterling, Paul Sandoval of Sterling and Jacob Sandoval of DeKalb; and his children, Stephanie Hoover (Jordan) of Sterling, Zach Sandoval of Sterling, Hope Sandoval of Sterling, Jordan Sandoval of Sterling, Gabby Sandoval of Middleton, WI, Mia Sandoval of Sterling, Julie Melsness (Tim) of Sterling, Jennifer Seeley of Sterling, Caitlyn Hoover of Channahon, IL., Jaydan Hoover of Channahon, IL. and Addisyn Hoover of Channahon, IL.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Art was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his mother, Mary Ruth Sandoval Masks and social distancing will be in effect for a public visitation from 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at McDonald Funeral Home, 505 1st Ave, Sterling.
