He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Prater of Sterling; his sister Sharon Langley of Rock Falls; his grandchildren, Doug (Kayla), Kairee (Eric), Jennifer, Joshua, Dylan, David and Isabelle; his great grandchildren, Dougie, Kora, Leo and Michael; and also, Tim Prater (Brenda) of Winslow, Jeff Prater (Sue) of Chasta, MN and Mari Brown (Doug) of Sterling.
