He was predeceased by: his father Donald Flack; his grandparents, Helen, Robert Flack, Gene and Trudy King; his uncle Roger Flack; his cousin Jana Olsen; and his pets, Rusty, Newman, Cooper, Belle, Lucky, George and Oliver.
He is survived by: his mother Terri Murrell (King) of Lena, IL; his wife Denise; his children, Wade (Orion) of Rockford, IL and Chloe of Rock City, IL; his granddaughter Tonya Orshall of Lake Mills, WI; his siblings, Jason Flack (Jake) of Rock City, IL, Jessica Peight (Darin) of Lena, IL and Jenni Hepler of Nashville, TN; his parents-in-law, Paul and Shirley Fox; and his pets, Luka, Jozie, Dash and Steve. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Rock City Fire Department.
