He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foster and Maggie Foster. He is survived by: his children, Bret Voisin (Karen Pitcherello) of Orlando, Vicki Wiltsie of Rochester and Carrie Miles of Rochester; his grandchildren, Bryce Voisin (Sarah), Jessica Kocurek (Kyle), Carli Hanlon (Zack) and Madison Miles; and his great grandchildren, Jayce, Emma, Norah, Koe and Harlow.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson Park Funeral Home - Rochester (200 E Main St, Rochester, IL 62563). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the APL.
