With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Roy Metcalf of Rochester, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 21, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Metcalf and Dorothy Metcalf; his wife Frances Sue Moore; and his siblings, Judy and William.

He is survived by: his sons, Ralph and Marshall Metcalf (Jean); and his brothers, James, Steve and David. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rochester United Methodist Church.
