He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ben Ranney and Louise Ranney (Kuszmaul); his former wife Marilyn Dowdel; his wife Eleanor Ferguson; his children, Myron Ranney of Hammond, IN. and Barbara Hauer of Auxtin, TX.; his stepsons, Bruce Ferguson (Stella) of Columbia, MD. and Dean Ferguson of Rochester, IL.; and his grandchildren, Grace, Luke, Christy, Ruth and Elsie.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no visitation.
