With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin Miner (Rochester, Illinois), who passed away on February 4, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Miner and Ethel Miner (O'Conner); and his half-brother Frank Miner. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Penrod; and his siblings-in-law, Delbert Penrod (Barbara), Wilma Chang, Virginia Cook and Jama LeGrand.
Memorial donations may be made to the Melvin Miner Memorial Scholarship Fund.
