She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer and Goldie Ritchhart Sr. (Gearhart); her siblings, Arliss, Darrol, Omer Edward Jr., Ritchhart, Inamay Bronco and Shirley Passch; and her son-in-law Davey Joe Elston Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Mervin Spurgeon of Rochester, IL; her children, Merleda Logue (Fred), Mervina Elston and Belvin Spurgeon; and her grandchildren, Kathie Muller (David), Kyle Logue, Luke Elston (Ariel Joy), Ariel C. Graber and Vincent Spurgeon.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Rochester Community Center (1 Community Dr, Rochester, IL 62563).
