He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James B. Cordell and Una Cordell; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Haston; his daughters, Margaret Noreuil (Scott) of Oregon, WI, Joyce Oxencis (Joe) of Chatham and Susan Noreuil (Nick) of Cedar Rapids, IA.; his grandchildren, Joe Oxencis, Sarah Lezon (Mike), David Oxencis, Josh Noreuil (Yumi), Brittany Bester (Sam), Andy Noreuil, Ashley Noreuil and Amy Malessa (Dan); and his pet Baxter. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rochester United Methodist Church, Rochester Historical Preservation Society or the Animal Protective League.
