He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy D. Flatt and Zelpha Flatt (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Gilbreath; his daughters, Jill Watson (Deyrl) of Taylorville and Jayna Flatt of Springfield; his grandchildren, Alexandra and Josiah; and his siblings, Watana Parker of Grayslake, IL and Roger Flatt (Bonnie) of Buckner, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
