She was predeceased by: her parents, George Murphy and Ardith Millburg Murphy; and her brother-in-law Jim Blalock. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Oxencis of Rochester; her children, Justin and Jaylen Oxencis of Rochester; and her sisters, Cherie Young (Les) of Springfield, Vickie Armstrong (Mike) of Springfield, Connie Blalock of Powell, TN, Patti Moehring (Bill) of Mahomet, IL, Linda Murphy (Joe Mackay) of Springfield and Margie Caldwell (Bob) of Alpharetta, GA. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 10 people at a time will be allowed into the building.
