She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hays and Lura Hazel Stubblefield Hays; and her sister Beverly Freeman. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Ralph Turner; her children, Deborah Blum (David) of Chicago, Kathryn Busch (Chris) of Ballwin, MO and Michael Turner of Springfield; her grandchildren, Matthew Michael Turner, Brandon Blum, Scott Blum, Zachary Busch, Jeremy Busch and Patricia Busch; and her siblings, Darlene Willson, Sandra Thompson, Thomas Hays and Timothy Hays. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
