James Brett Allen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Brett Allen of Rochester, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Allen; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Burns, Patrick and Michael Burns; and his nephew Jamey Burns.
He is survived by: his mother Jeannette B. Allen (LaPlante) of New Berlin; his spouse Jean A Burns; his children, Kelly Allen of Chatham and David Allen of Rochester; his brothers, Michael Allen (Berrie) of Manitowoc, WI and Steve Allen of North Liberty, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Burns (Andrea) of Springfield, Jim Burns (Mary Anne) of Linn, MO and Ruth Donelan (Joe) of Fairhope, AL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
