He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Weaver and Anna Weaver (Westbrook); his wife Josephine Nave Richards; and his brother Homer "Joe" Weaver. He is survived by: his son Michael Weaver; his grandsons, Robert (Amy), Ryan (Daphne) and Justin Weaver (Liz); his stepgrandsons, Dylan and Josh McCarty; his sister Grace Brawner; his niece Carol Surratt; and his nephews, Gary Funderburk and Richard Weaver (Pat).
Per Harold's wishes, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project instead of sending flowers.
