Welch of Rochester, Illinois, born in Nortonville, Kansas, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Sloop and Lois Sloop (Fulton); and her brother Joe Sloop. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Curt Welch (Mary Beth), Ann Gerrond, Mark Welch (Linda) and Jane Fields (Nathan); her siblings, George Sloop (Nancy) and Katherine Pautz; and her sister-in-law Glenda Sloop. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
