He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rosa and Rose Rosa; his wife Jean Rosa; and his siblings, Pete, Johnny, Mary and Ceil.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Teater (Larry) of Rochester and Mike (Connie) of Streator; his sister-in-law Sue Thomas of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Heather Bernardes (Chuck), Shawna Teater, Shane Teater (Emily), Tim Rosa (Kim), Jill Seaton (Matt) and Angela Miller (Nate). He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
