He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Durham and Mary Durham (Buck); his wife Beth; his children, Mickey, Joey, David "Butch", Steve (Fiancé Lacey), Scott and Brandy; his grandchildren, Chelbi and Bentley; and his siblings, Pat, Margaret and Rusty. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
