She was predeceased by: her parents, Emit Woodrow and Muriel Irene Sisk Culumber; her husband Roger Lee Smith; her son Stephen Smith; and her sister Lorene Cearlock.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Deborah Johnston (Carl) of Hayworth, IL, Patricia Miller (Jeff) of Howell, MI, David Smith of Jacksonville, FL, Barbara Karr (Brad) of Rochester and Jennifer Snoke (Mark) of Decatur; and her sister Arlene Harris (Richard) of Carlinville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
