Carolyn M. Carmichael Obituary
In loving memory of Carolyn M. Carmichael of Rochester, Illinois, who departed this world on February 14, 2025 at the age of 89. Carolyn leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Esker and Millie Esker; her husband Delbert Collings; and her siblings, Barbara Burford (Smokey), Ron Esker (Pam) and Dorothy Buening (George).
She is survived by: her children, Leanne Collings, Roy Collings (Cindy) and Jennie Harling (Alan); her grandchildren, Nicholas Hackett, Timothy Hackett, Stephanie Hunter (Jacob), Kaitlyn Galman (Josh), Jonah Harling and Frankie Collings; her great grandchildren, Emma Jean Hunter, Hugo Hunter, Addie Hackett, Alex James Hackett, Roger Williams and Carter Galman; and her siblings, Howard Esker (Connie), Richard Esker (Jeannette), Jo Ellen Bretz (Mick), Paul Esker (Emma), Cindy Murdock, Tony Esker (Janet) and Fred Esker (Kathy).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Jude Church (633 S Walnut St, Rochester, IL 62563). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
