We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2020, at the age of 83, Bobbie Powell of Rochester, Illinois, born in Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvin Jackson (Ruby) and Ruby Jewell Powell (Bamburg); his wife Ruth Ann Powell of Rochester, IL; his daughter Belinda Hafliger (Jack) of Edinburg, IL; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Owens (Kyle) of Taylorville, IL, Samantha of Edinburg, IL and Sabrina Hafliger of Edinburg, IL; his great grandchild Kilyn Owens of Taylorville; and his siblings, Alvin "Red" Powell and Alva Rue Galloway. He was also cherished by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
