He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Henry DeCroix and Bessie DeCroix (Edson); his wife Judy; and his sister Berniece Van Dyke (Clyde). He is survived by: his former wife Judith Claire Washbond; his sons, Douglas DeCroix (Jennifer) of Youngstown, NY and Gregory DeCroix (Susan) of Middleton, WI; his granddaughters, Stephanie, Ava and Grace; and his brother Victor (Joann). He is also survived by seven nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's name to the Rochester United Methodist Church, The Rochester Historical Preservation Society, or to another charity of the donor's choice.
