She was predeceased by: her parent Pamela Eaton (Smiley); her husband Jay Hamilton; and her grandparents, George and Doris Smiley. She is survived by: her children, Cole, Clare and Caleb Hamilton; her parent Pam Eaton; and her uncle George Smiley.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Hamilton Family Living Trust c/o Wilson Park Funeral Home.
