With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Todd William Ackland (Rochelle, Illinois), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on August 11, 2024 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Todd may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Todd touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Ackland (White). He is survived by: his father Lloyd Ackland of Compton; his sister Lisa Carriere (Jason) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his nephew Ian; and his niece Elena Carriere of Indianapolis, Indiana..
