He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Westin and Mildred Westin (Carpenter); his wife Rita Oliver (Virginia); and his sister Ann Hay. He is survived by: his sons, Jay Westin of Holiday, FL, Beau Westin (Amanda) of Jacksonville, IL. and Oliver Robiller (Denise) of Wolfeboro, NH; and his grandchildren, Nolan, Abigail Westin and Jordan Robiller.
