She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Harold Blair and Eliza Lou Blair (Followay); her husband William Kenneth Mattingly; her son Gerald Lee Mattingly; and her brothers, W. Milton (Leola) and James Chelion (Mary Ann).
She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Lou Skaggs (Sherman) of Hodgensville, KY, Carrie Etta 'Sissy' of Raywick, KY, Terry Dale of Raywick, KY, Joseph Ronald of Raywick, KY and Sylvia Jean of Raywick, KY; her children, Martin John Mattingly of Hammond, IN and Sandra J. Hess of Rochelle, IL; her grandchildren, Cynthia Schaefer, Dawn Chalmers, Valerie Edwards, Kyler Mattingly, Breannah Matelli and Michael Gardner; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Lorelei, Erin, Sean, Riley, Brody, Emily, Jackson, Wyatt, Kenleigh, Dylan, Mason and Logan.
