She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Cuchiara of Monroe Center and Christopher Cuchiara of Marseilles, IL; her grandchildren, Hope Cuchiara, Heidi Cuchiara and Jared Cuchiara; and her great grandchild Bronson Cuchiara.
