She is survived by: her spouse Scott Hicks; her sons, Hersel Hicks (Kim) of Rochelle and Dustin Hicks (Sharon) of Compton; her siblings, Leroy Paxton (Sharon) of Bedford, NE, Frank Paxton (Jeannie) of Sealey Lake, MT, Dorothy Paxton and Donna Marsh (Butch); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Williams (Mike), Kristina Jackson (Travis), Timothy Hicks, Jonathan Hicks, Tiffany Rodefelt (Scott), Amanda Schildmeier (Adam), Tiffany Rodriquez (Abe), Ashley Bick (Aaron) and Kyle Emrick (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Tristin, MaKayla Williams, Jace, Lacey, Calvin Jackson, Kayleighann, Ava, Brayden, Annabel, Eliana Schildmeier, Abraham Rodriquez, Margo Rodriquez, Liam Harcastle, Jude, Levi and Myla Emrick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ruth's memory to Harvest Baptist Church or Serenity Hospice.
