He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos C. Egland and Genevieve J. Egland (Ostewig); his brother Steve; and his mother-in-law Sandy Colwill. He is survived by: his wife Beth Colwill; his children, Brianne Hoffercamp (Paul) of Oswego, IL, Adam Egland of Rochelle and Jeff Egland of Rochelle; his brothers, Ken Egland of Waukesha, WI, Mike Egland of Dixon, IL and Brian Egland (Ellen) of Sugar Grove, IL; his father-in-law Pal Colwill of Rochelle; and his grandchildren, Addison and Lucas Egland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Ron's memory to the Rochelle Fire Department or Serenity Hospice and Home.
