He is survived by: his children, Susan Hart of Libertyville, Brian Hart (Crissy) of Malta, Rob Hart (Diane) of Monroe Center, David Hart (Stephanie) of Acworth and Jon Hart of Portland, OR.; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Hart (Alyson), Kyle Hart (Kelsy), Rachel Lynch (Mark), Alex Politakis, Andrew Hart, Abigail Hart and Emma Hart.
