He is survived by: his wife Ruta Dunlap; his sons, Dean and Bodhi; his parents, Douglas Dunlap and Dorothy Dunlap; his siblings, Richard Dunlap (Jamie), Greg Dunlap (Kate), Bryan Dunlap (Karen) and Lori Demange (Mark); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Lydia, Neil, Dylan, Jack, Kyle, Jessica and Brendan.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established for the education of his sons.
