He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Foss and Georgianna Pullin (Svetly); his daughter Rachael Averill (Colin) of Appleton, WI; his siblings, Robert Pullin (Bonnie) of Lombard, IL, Marlene Young (John) of Sun Lakes, AZ and Ethel Mount (Henry) of Lincoln, NE; and his grandchildren, Haddon and Hezekiah Averill. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
