She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey L. Higginbotham and Sara A. Higginbotham (Stevens); her husband George E. Sieberns; her daughter Linda Merlo; and her siblings, Marie Monroe, Icie Efaw, Jessie and Okey Higginbotham.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Sieberns of Rochelle, Gary Sieberns of Rochelle and JoAnna McKiness (Rodney) of DeKalb; her son-in-law Kevin Merlo of Joliet, IL; her brothers, Ralph and Joe Higginbotham; and her grandson Ryan McKiness.
Memorials may be made in Ocie's memory to First Baptist Church.
