She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lingenfelter and Helen Lingenfelter; her husband Phil W. May Jr.; and her brother Dr. John Lingenfelter of Kingman. She is survived by: her children, Phillip W. May III (Joan) of Durango, James Frederick May (Merilyn) of Rochelle and Deborah May Scherer (Steve) of Los Angeles; her grandchildren, Phillip W. May IV, John Cory May, Rachael Scherer and Dr. Benjamin Scherer; her stepgrandchildren, Dana Ptucha and Jay Taft; her great grandchildren, Taylor May, Aiden Redsteer, Devon Guerra, Leo Jellen, Jacob Scherer and Maxwell Scherer; her great great grandchildren, Salena Guerra and Liam May; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Bricen Babcock, Zachery Taylor, Haley Taft, Trey Taft, Roxy Taft, Tara Ptucha and Tessa Ptucha; her stepgrandsons, Graham Taylor and Quinn Taylor; and her niece Anne Avery of Montreal.
