She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marvin and Virginia Lee Bliss of Princeville, IL.; her husband Don; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Bliss, Marylin Telander, Kathy Higgs and Brian Telander.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Fritz (Mike) of McHenry, IL., Melinda Higgs of Denver, CO and David Higgs (Shawn) of Richmond, IL.; her brothers, Robert Bliss (Karen) of Princeville, IL and John Bliss of Princeville, IL; and her brother-in-law Dr. Richard Higgs of Las Cruces, NM. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church.
