It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Hoffman (Rochelle, Illinois), born in Lindenwood, Illinois, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Strang and Mabel Strang (Reints); her husband Melvin Hoffman; her daughters, Cheri Dawn Baker and Cynthia Anne Hoffman; and her siblings, Stella Baker, Cora Beck, Edna Beach, Fern Rittmeyer, Edith Hill, Marie Dunahoo, Ruth Harrolle, Grace Huntley, Vera McQueen, Iris Sturgill, Clarence, Willard, Francis and Calvin Strang.
She is survived by: her children, John Baker (Susan) of Petersham, MA, Barbara Falk (Roger) of Spirit Lake, IA, Gary Baker (Sara) of Pekin, IL, Curt Baker (Heather) of New Port Richey, FL and David Hoffman of Mt. Morris, IL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
