She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mankowsky and Lucille Mankowsky (Czyza); her husband Charles Fredrick Dale; her son Jamie; and her brothers, Billy and George.
She is survived by: her children, Skeeter Dale (Greg Johnston) of Birmingham, AL, Debbie Prough (Rob) of Rochelle, IL and Bobbie Arjes (Randy) of Kings, IL; her daughter-in-law Brenda Dale of Murphysboro, TN; her sisters, Maria, Maxine and Toni; and her grandchildren, Josh, Stacey, Dane, Leslie, Ryan, Alex, Cody, Caleb, Niles and Neely.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
