He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Powell and Minnie Powell (Volner); his son Michael Powell; his wives, Brenda Hausmann, Molly Powell and Marjorie Powell; and his siblings, Wayd, Walter, Arthur, Clifford, Leo, Roy and Lucille.
He is survived by: his daughter Christina Powell (Joe Anderson); his grandson Jack Anderson; and his sister Geneva Brown of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his fiercely loyal cat, Buddy.
