It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Linda LeMar of Rochelle, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 79, on February 10, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde LeMar and Pauline LeMar (Jared); her children, Daniel Mayer and Nicole Mayer; her grandson Kyle Mayer; and her siblings, Roger, Marvin LeMar and Phyllis Boyle.
She is survived by: her son David Mayer (Lorri) of Lindenwood, IL; her granddaughters, Amber Wittenauer (Matthew), Ally Bagg (Jeremy) and Paige Meyer; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Bentley, Chesney Wittenauer and Hayden Bagg; and her sister Marcia Jane LeMar (Sherry Bennett) of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home (400 N 6th St, Rochelle, IL 61068). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Linda's memory to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
