She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Bihrer and Alice Bihrer (Nellist); her sisters, Janet Dummer (Wayne) of Lindenwood and Sharon Dempsay of Mansfield, Texas; her sons, John Pearson (Cathy) of Lindenwood, Steven Pearson (Georgia) of Mount Morris, Roger Pearson (Karen) of Rochelle and Brian Pearson (Michelle) of Santa Barbara, CA; her grandchildren, Mark Pearson (Cindy), Todd Pearson, Matt Wells (April), Laura Pearson, Anna Blumeyer (Heath), Josiah Pearson, Ariel Pearson (Melissa), Sarah Flanagan (Robert), Mary Kunstman (Bryan), Rachel Livingston (Eric), Justine Andersen (Riley Muraoka) and Camille Andersen; and her husband Forrest.

In Lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Rochelle United Methodist Church, the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library District and Lincolnshire Place.
