She is survived by: her parents, John Andrew and Arlene Martin (Clark); her husband George W. Schmidt; her children, Scott Asbell and Kimberly Asbell; her stepchildren, Greg Schmidt, Gayle Campbell, Geri Schmidt, Glenn Schmidt and Gary Schmidt; and her siblings, Linda Miller and Jon Allen Martin. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren.
