He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Connolly and Gertrude Connolly (Mertel); his sister Mary Ann Hall; his brother-in-law Kenneth Hall; and his nephews, Timothy Hall and Patrick Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Cardott (Galen), Kevin Connolly (Renae) and Catherine Meives (Matthew); his sisters, Kathryn Morrison (James) of Toronto and Patricia Hall of Rochelle; and also, Alexander, Julia, Logan Frye, Rachel Cardott, Aiden, Grayson Connolly, Evan, Justin and Alexis.
Memorials may be made in Jack's memory to Ogle-Lee Fire Protection District.
