He was predeceased by: his parents, John Colbert and Delphine Colbert (Rummelhart); and his siblings, Donald, Clayton, Edward, David and Geniveve.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his children, Jodi Kemp (Brett) of Stevensville, MT, Matt, Ryan, Lindsey, Andy Colbert (Kathy) of Oregon, IL, Blair and Jorie; his granddaughters, Alexandria, Liliya and Bo Colbert (Cindy) of Trinity, NC; his children, Anthony, Mallory, Suzie Colbert of Arlington, VA, Tony Colbert (Catherine) of Rock Springs, WY, Mia and Madi; his brother Conrad Colbert (Joanne); his pet Gracie; and his sisters, Virginia and Mary Ellen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joel's memory to the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library.
