He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Seebach and Evelyn Seebach (Ewald); and his stepfather Laurence B. "L. B.". He is survived by: his pet Smokie; his wife Christa "Christy" of Rochelle; his children, Michelle Eldred of Rochelle, Scott Seebach (Amy) of Rochelle and Jeff Seebach of Rochelle; his stepchildren, Brian Lane of Rochelle, Mitzi Adams of Rochelle and Tammy Lane of Lindenwood, IL; his siblings, Warren Seebach (Beverly) of Ashton, IL and Audrey Seebach of Rockford, IL; his stepbrothers, Donald Vogeler (Debra) of Osgood, IN and Ronald Vogeler (Marcia) of Roscoe, IL; his sisters-in-law, Judy Seebach of Rochelle, Susan Cagle of Rochelle and Rosa Tannahill of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Hannah Eldred, Kyle, Allison, Ella and Sienna Seebach; his stepgrandchildren, Devan and Brady Adams; his close friend Prosper Agbetrobu; his daughter Jennifer; and his brother Harvey Seebach. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jerry's memory to Unity Hospice.
