He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moore and Leona Moore (Lampkin). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Jimmy Ray Moore of Rochelle and Joseph Moore (Sandra Torres) of Rochelle; his sisters, Dorothy Dearing (JC), Jean Spangler (Mike) and Joyce Price-West (Al); and his grandchildren, Noah and Issac.
