It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Whitesel in Rochelle, Illinois, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth N. Whitesel and Ruby Whitesel (Jacobson) of DeKalb, Illinois.; and his siblings, Peggy Whitesel and Kenneth Whitesel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Amanda Ibarra (Derick), Douglas Whitesel (Jocelyn), Carolyn Whitesel (Angelica) and Bryant Whitesel; his grandsons, Adrian and Elliott Ibarra; and his brother William Whitesel (Christine).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in the care of Anderson Funeral Home for a memorial fund to be established at a later date.
