With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Barnes (Rochelle, Illinois), who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowman and Pearl Bowman (Kite); her husband James Cecil Barnes; her children, Patricia, Albert, Tony and Janet Taylor; and her granddaughter Jennifer L. Underhill.
She is survived by: her children, J. C. Barnes of Bulls Gap, TN, Kenneth Barnes of Rochelle, IL, Beth Johnson (Rex) of Mountain Grove, MO and Elaine Hamilton (Ron) of Loves Park, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
