He is survived by: his wife Connie of Rochelle; his children, Barrett Manning (Andee) of Monroe Center, IL, Andrea Youngman (Thomas) of Franklin, IN, Rhonda Sullivan (Jason) of Rochelle, Cassidy Manning of Rochelle and Grant Manning (Tara) of Rochelle; his grandchildren, Tyler Ewald (Abby), Brandon Manning (Sarah), Brittni Gorsuch (Kirk), Grace Manning, Seth Leggio (Madison), Derrick Youngman (Dee), Chayce, Gage, Gwen, Krew, Jax, Thayde Sullivan, Colten, Steel, Chesney Manning, Vaughn, Elyse and Creeden Manning; his great great grandchildren, Connor Ewald and Adelai Youngman; and his brother James Manning (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
