He is survived by: his wife Tina of Rochelle; his children, Nicole "Nikki" Sandoval and Frank Sandoval III (Kristen); his mother Dolores Sandoval of Rochelle; his siblings, Arthur Sandoval of Charleston, SC and Elaine Hendricks of Ottawa, IL; and his grandchildren, Drayden Pierson and Amara Sandoval. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
